The Sisterlocks Establishment Package
Sisterlocks™ are offered as a package of 3 visits:
1st: Consultation
2nd: The Locking Session
3rd: Follow-up Retightening Visit
1st: Consultation
If you are considering a consultation, please read below:

Hair must be at least 4.5 to 5 inches and ALL natural. I do not accept clients with relaxed/chemically processed hair.

Hair must be washed within 24/48hrs of appointment.

Hair must be lose/free in it's most natural state. No heavy products, braid/twist styles or straightened.

After requesting to book a consultation on this site, you will receive a text message to schedule a phone interview. A phone interview is required prior to consultation.

During the consultation session, we will discuss your personal hair care history, your styling preferences and your lifestyle in order to determine if Sisterlocks™ is right for you. You will also have between 8-12 test locks put in your hair to check size and see if they will hold. We will provide an overview of the consultation portfolio and answer any questions that you may have about the process. The consultation is $35 and will be due at the time of your appointment. If you decide to move forward with an establishment, the fee will be applied towards the establishment price. The total establishment price will be quoted during the consultation and is valid for up to 30 days.
The consultation is essential for both you and the consultant, to ensure that you are well informed about the process and allow the consultant to effectively evaluate the characteristics of your hair and get your Sisterlocks™ done in the most suitable way.

2nd: The Locking Session
CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING THIS SERVICE.
This is where your Loc Story begins!
​Bring a good book because the locking process can take from 15 to 21 hours or even longer in some cases. The average Sisterlocks customer will leave this session with an average of 400 locks and a whole new attitude! We will provide you with a starter kit that includes the proper shampoo for starting your locks, tiny rubber bands and tip sheets on grooming and shampooing as your locks settle-in. The establishment price is a package that includes the price of your Sisterlocks™ Consultation and first retightening session. The final price you are quoted is based on hair length/density/type and head size and will be communicated to you during the consultation. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure dates for your 2-3 day locking session. The deposit will be applied towards the establishment price.
3rd: Follow-up Retightening
You will need to schedule your follow-up visit after at least two shampooings, which is usually within a month from the time you first get your locks put in. The first retightening session after your locks are established is included in your package. We will monitor the integrity of your locks, tighten them up and give you an idea of how long the settling-in process is likely to take. You can also begin discussing styling tips for the total look that's right for you.
Transfer Clients
Not accepting transfer clients at this time. Feel free to check throughout the year for updates.
Transfer Consultation
During this time, the consultant will evaluate the progress and state of your locks and determine if retightening services can be offered. If the consultant determines to offer services, a retightening plan will be developed. Your hair MUST be washed at least 12-24 hours prior to the appointment. A non-refundable fee of $25 is required to book an appointment.
Transfer Retightening Services
CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING THIS SERVICE.
The retightening service will include maintaining Sisterlocks™ at the root of the hair. All retightenings should be scheduled within 4-6 weeks after your last retightening session.
